OUR PROCESS

The first step we take is to ensure we have the necessary blueprints or samples to understand the design of your product. If prints are available, we can use reverse engineering to create a digital blueprint from a provided sample. 

Once designs are approved by the customer, we begin to produce a pre-production sample. During this process, we develop our production strategy to meet the requirements of the component and ensure that the sample we provide our customer meets or beats expectations.

In-house inspections are conducted to ensure the component is within tolerance. We also provide our customers with a sample for their own inspection and approval before mass production 

Once the design and specifications of the pre production sample have been approved by the customer, we move to production. At this point, we are able to manufacture your components for you at your request.
